Ravioli Adventure with Tony, You are so Jeaous

I know it has been a while since I've written, but in my last entry I made a small challenge to Ananda Fuara.  I claimed that my friend Tony and myself could make a better ravioli. I now present my small selection of readers with a clearly superior ravioli. 

In all fairness this concoction was mostly Tony’s.  They were stuffed with homemade fake ricotta, blended butternut squash, olives and mozzarella style daiya.  

 The dough was made from scratch too.  
I wish we had more pictures of the sauce; this shit was so tight.  Its base consisted of tomato and butternut squash.  
      Additional flavors to the sauce were roasted red peppers, onions, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and various spices.  We kicked Ananda Fuara's vegan ravioli's ass.  Our next entry covers the gang's trip to Tahoe and the wonderful food adventures we had there.
